摘要
溶胶 -凝胶法制备了有机 /无机杂化固体电解质膜。用扫描电镜、热重等测试手段对其进行表征。结果表明 ,正硅酸乙酯水解速率的快慢会影响膜的微观结构。无机 Si O2 粒子提高了固体电解质膜的耐热性能。离子电导率随着温度的升高而增加 ,温度升至 4 0 3.15 K时达到最大值 ;继续升高温度 。
Poly(ethylene glycol) /SiO 2 hybrid solid polymer electrolyte membranes(SPEM) were synthesized by sol gel method and characterized by TG DSC?SEM. The microstructure of membrane was influenced by hydrolyse′s speed of TEOS. SiO 2 particles improved thermal stability. Ionic conductivity first increased with temperature increasing,then reached maximum ionic conductivity at 403.15 K;at T of more than 403.15 K, ionic conductivity of membrane falled.
