摘要
轴类零件是机床等机械行业常用件 ,如何提高其生产效率、降低生产成本始终是企业研究的课题。因此CAPP的出现受到了前所未有的瞩目和发展。但是其推广使用却一直困难重重。本论文介绍的SICAPP系统由于引入了专家系统 ,在一定程度上解决了CAPP系统适用性问题 ,同时系统采用模块化设计思想 ,便于使用和维护 ,具有较好的开放性和通用性。
Shaft is a part frequently used in industry line.How toincrease the product efficiency and lower the product price is always the item that enterprises should solve.Hence the advent of CAPP system is welcome and developing quickly. However ,due to many aspects ,the CAPP system have difficulty in application. SICAPP system give solution to some extents because of the application of Expert System. Meanwhile, SICAPP system adopted modulear software design method. It is convenient to use and maintain. SICAPP system is open and versatile.
