通过挖掘、整理和创新土家族棉花球运动,开发了民族体育资源。主要结论:棉花球运动是一项以扣篮为中心的民族特色体育项目,具有趣味性高、观赏性强,易普及、易推广的特点;它对提高青少年力量、速度、耐力、灵敏等素质具有较高的锻炼价值。
To exploit,sort out and innovate Tujia Cotton Ball,thus to develop ethnic sports resource.Conclusion:Cotton Ball is a sport game with ethnic features with dunking ball as its playing,it is very interesting,worth watching and easy to popularize and spread.It's an ideal sport to improve Teenagers' power,speed,endurance and agility.
