摘要
目的 :观察乳增平口服液治疗乳腺增生病的疗效及其对乳腺癌细胞生长状态和增殖情况的影响。方法 :治疗组应用乳增平口服液 ,连用 2疗程后评价疗效 ;同时 ,取MCF -F细胞 ,将起始浓度调至 7× 1 0 4/ml,96孔板上每孔各加 1 0 μl,培养 2 4h后加入稀释后的乳增平口服液刺激。结果 :治疗组有效率为 90 .1 3% ,与对照组有效率 4 4 .79%相比 ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;加药组与对照组相比 ,细胞生长受到明显抑制 ,并且随着时间的延长 ,抑制作用也不断加强。结论
Objective: To observe this oral solution’s therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands as well as its effect on the growth and reproduction of mammary cancer cells. Method: Give the treatment group this solution for two courses followed by assessment of the effect. Meanwhile get MCF F cells into the concentration of 7x10 4/ml, put 10 μl on each of the 96 holes in the plate to be cultured for 24 hours and then mixed with the diluted solution. Results: The curative effect in the treatment group was 90.13% with marked difference when compared to 44.79% in the control group ( P <0.01). The growth of cells in the medicated group was obviously inhibited, the inhibiting action strengthened with lengthening of time. Conclusion: This solution has a strong inhibiting action on mammary cancer cells.
