摘要
碳纳米管可作为优良的催化剂载体材料。研究了在碳纳米管上沉积二氧化铈颗粒的新工艺及其影响因素。试验结果表明,化学沉积法能在碳纳米管上沉积尺寸细小,分布均匀的二氧化铈颗粒。经过预处理后的碳纳米管,沉积在碳纳米管上的颗粒数量明显增多。制备过程中,氧化温度和时间对沉积效果影响较大。
Carbon nanotubes are considered to have great potential applic at ion as catalyst supported materials. Depositing processing and affecting factors of depositing CeO2 nano-particles on the sur face of the CNTs were investicated. The experiments show that the CeO2/CNTs wi th fine (3~8 nm) and equably distributed CeO2 particles can be obtained. The number of CeO2 particles increases significantly after carbon nanotubes are pretreated. The tem p erature and period of oxidation affect the size and distribution of the particl es remarkably.
