摘要
综述近年来国内外利用数学模型预测热轧带钢组织和性能的研究概况和发展趋势 ,介绍组织模拟的主要考虑因素和实验方法 ,同时介绍了奥氏体再结晶模型、奥氏体相变模型和组织—性能对应关系模型 ,这些模型已在在线预报和控制中得到了应用。
Mathematical models for predicting the microstructure evolution and the mechanical property of hot rolled strip were reviewed.The predictions and experimental methods were introduced,including the models of austenite recrystallization,phase transformation and microstructure-property relationship.These models already applied to on-line prediction and control.
