摘要
本文针对烧结法生料浆配制中影响固定碳指标控制因素进行了分析,得出根据入磨碱赤泥水份变化可较好地控制固定碳指标和配煤消耗,推导出入磨碱赤泥水份变化与配煤量大小的关系,制作出入磨碱赤泥水份与配煤比例或配煤转速对照表。岗位操作人员可以根据入磨碱赤泥水份查出需配入配煤比例或配煤转速,能够快速、有效地控制好固定碳指标和配煤消耗。从而既能保证熟料窑稳定操作,达到较佳的排硫效果,又能降低煤耗,取得较好的经济效益。
This paper was directed against on control factor of fixed carbon in raw material slurry when applied sinter process, analysed entering mill red mud water content change to control fixed carbon and coal consumption, derived the change between the water content and coal quantity, prepared the contrast scadule. Operating men can do water content of red mud replying coal quantity to guarantee curing kill optrating stability arried best effect of desulphurizing and lower coal consumption. Remarkable benefits have been obtained.
