摘要
电梯群控系统是将数台电梯统一管理,根据建筑物中的交通状况和相应的服务要求,提高运行性能的控制系统。分析了群控系统功能和特点,设计了系统的软硬件结构,建立了电梯群控系统仿真试验平台。硬件系统采用分布式控制,单梯运行仿真由各自相应的微控制器单元完成,群控及实时运行监控功能采用面向对象技术在工控机上实现,各功能模块之间采用CAN总线通信。该仿真试验台为群控策略研究提供了软硬件平台。
Elevator group control systems (EGCS) are the control systems that manage several elevators in order to improve the transportation performance according to the traffic condition and the service requests. The functions and the features of EGCS are analyzed, and the structures of EGCS are designed. An elevator group control system simulation test bed has been developed as a distribute control system. Microprocessor units are adopted to be in charge of the elevators running simulation respectively. With the application of Object Oriented Technology (OOT), group control and supervisory functions are developed on an industrial computer. Each modules can exchange data via CAN bus. This test bed can be exploited as a platform for group control strategy research.
