摘要
实行校院两级管理体制是高校深化体制改革的一项重要措施。但也存在一些问题,如体制改革不够到位,上下职能划分不尽合理;管理观念陈旧,不适应新体制的要求;学生工作方式方法缺乏创新,渠道和途径探索缺乏力度。为此,我们要坚持以人为本,树立全员、全方位为学生服务的思想;树立依法治校的观念;要加强对学生组织与社团工作的指导,要加大学生骨干队伍的培训力度;学生工作要勇于创新,与时俱进;同时还要重视学生党团建设。
The two-level administration system in universities is an important measure to deepen system reforms. But
this system brings about some problems——the inadequacy of the reforms, the improper division of functions and
the outmoded managing concept and the lack of innovation in student work, etc. Accordingly, adhering to the man-oriented principles and the idea of running schools in accordance with the law, we should provide comprehensive service for students, strengthen the leadership of students' organizations and community work. Meanwhile, we need to do more in training student cadres, to advance students' work with times and to attach importance to the Party and League work among students.
