摘要
神木煤及伴生资源的综合开发利用应遵循“能源转换与输出为主、建材和化工并举、分步式开发“的方针,近期先开发一些高耗能初级加工项目,逐步向深度加工利用的方向发展。选择坑口周边进行煤及伴生资源的综合开发利用,不仅可就地利用煤及其他资源,还可调动地方的积极性,有利于降低生产成本,获得显著的经济效益和整体效益。
It should follow the policy of“transforming and exporting the energy resources as the heart,developing construction materials and cha- mical industry at the same time,and constructing the coalfield by stages” to exploit and utilize shenmu coal and its accompaning resources.Recently a few items of primary manufacture which need much more energy should be opened up,and gradually the industry with advanced science and technology should be increased.To choose some places around the pit heads for exploitation and comprehensive utilization of the coal and its accompaning resources can not only utilize the coal and other resources,but can also increase the enthusiasm of local authorities for developing the coalfield,and it con- venients for reducing producton costs and gaining better investment benefit. and raising the overall benefit of the national economy.
