摘要
机械加工中机床—工件—刀具组成工艺系统,这一工艺系统的各组成部分相互联系、相互制约,从工艺系统优化角度分析了用大进给量反向切削法加工细长轴可以提高轴的刚性,减小 其弯曲变形,提高加工精度。
Technological system is composed of machine tool workpiece and tool in the maching operation, every integrant of the technological system is intera ssociation and interact. The paper analyses from the point of view of system optimization that using resection in large feeds the long and thin axle may improve rigidity of the axle, and decreases its curving, and improves cutting precision.
