摘要
目的 改进腹壁横切口缝合方法为褥式三针缝合法。 方法 切口取在耻骨联合上约 3cm ,取横切口。切开皮肤后 ,各层采用撒拉法。关腹时缝合腹膜及前鞘后 ,皮肤及皮下组织用褥式三针法缝合。 结果 手术时间短 ,术后疼痛减轻 ,省时、省力、省材料 ,拆线后无异物 ,切口美观。 结论 褥式三针缝合法适用于妇产科手术腹壁横切口。
Objective To change the suture on the abdominal transverse incision by using the mattress suture only with three needles.Methods The transverse incision was made above 3cm on the symphsis,and each lamina was cast and pulled after dermotomy.In closing abdomen,it was first to suture the pertoneum and anterior sheath,and then to adopt the mattress suture with three needles in the skin and subcutaneous tissue.Results The method has many advantages,such as the shorter operating time,the easier post-operative pain,and saving time,and materials.The incision was no foreign body after stitches being taken out and seems very beautiful.Conclusion The method may be adopted to the operation of obstetrics and gynecology.
