摘要
从拟南芥(Arabidopsisthaliana)中克隆到的NPR1基因是植物系统获得性抗性中的一个关键基因,它在植物抗病基因工程中将起到重要的作用.近年来,国内外许多学者对NPR1基因进行了较系统的研究.在此对NPR1基因的结构、作用机理、核定位以及与植物抗病性的关系等方面的研究进展进行综述,并展望它在抗病育种工作中的应用前景.
The cloned NPR1 gene of Arabidopsis thaliana is a key regulator of acquired resistance responses.It plays an important role in the genetic engineering of plant disease resistance.Great progress has been made on NPR1 gene by many scientists throughout the world in recent years.In this paper,recent studies on NPR1 in terms of its structure,nuclear location and the relationship to plant disease resistance were summarized and the application of it in disease resistant breeding was discussed.
