摘要
针对有限短波段内连续辐射物体的发射率通常具有单调性这个事实 ,提出波段辐射测量方法 ,即选择三个非相关波段构造测量方程。这种方法避免了单色辐射测量在技术实现上的难度 ,同时从理论上证明了具备求解温度的封闭完备性。在测量数据处理上 ,采用分量计算 ,使该方法在测量过程中无需标定 ,并且实现了真正意义上的非接触式的二维温度场的测量。
Based on the fact that the emissivity function of a continuous-radiation object is usually monotonic in a short-band, a tri-waveband method for temperature measurement is established, namely choosing three irrelevant wavebands to formulate measurement equation. This method avoids the technical difficulty in the monochrome radiation measurement. Theoretical analysis proves that this method can completely determine the temperature. In the process of calculation, temperature calculation is realized without any additional correction by using radio-radiation ways. Theoretical analysis and calculation process have shown that this method can carry out an effective untouched and planar temprature field measurement.
