摘要
为适应提升机使用单位的需要,满足《规程》对制动力矩有关规定的五个计算公式,推导出选定一、二级制动力矩和液压站油压值的方法,提出了不需用二级制动的条件,一级制动时间的计算和安全制动检验的程序和公式。使用时简单方便。对原有提升机是否需要进行改造具有指导意义。
For the sake of meeting the needs of hoist users and fullfilling the five calculation formulae specified in 'Regulation on Braking Torque', The method of selecting stage 1 and 2 braking torque and the oil pressure of the hydraulic station is derived, and the conditions of not needing stage 2 braking and the calculation of stage 1 braking time, and the process and the formula of safe brake checking are put forward. It is simple and convenient to use, and it has guidance significance in whether the existing hoist needs to be modified or not.
