以反相高效液相色谱法测定金银花口服液中氯原酸的含量 ;色谱条件为 :Diamonsil柱 (2 0 0× 4 6mm ,5 μm) ;流动相 :乙腈— 0 .4 %磷酸溶液 (10 :90 ) ;检测波长 :32 7nm ;测定结果 :平均回收率 99 87% ,RSD =0 3%。
A RP-HPLC method is developed for the determination of chlorogenic acid in oral honeysuckle. The reverse phase system consists of a Diamonsil silica getting column(200×4 6mm,5μm), a mobile phase of acetonitrile-phosphoric acid solution(10:90),and a detection wavelength at 327nm.The average recovery is 99 87% and RSD=0 3%.
