An Optimized Calculation of Particle Vibration Velocity by Means of the Vibration Data form Blasting Monitoring

摘要 分析认为,用萨道夫斯基公式预测爆破质点震动速度产生误差的主要原因是对公式中系数k和α的取值不准确。提出了一种爆破质点振速优化预测方案,建立了相应的预测模型,编写了预测模型的计算程序。该模型利用监测数据及时修正k和α的取值,能较真实的反映各种影响爆破震动的因素。应用实例表明,该模型的预测振速与实测振速之间的平均误差为8%。 Through analysis, it is considered that the error in the calculation of particle vibration velocity with the formula of Saudorsky is caused by the inaccuracy of determination of the values of k andαmainly. An optimized predicting scheme about particle vibration velocity has been put forward, a calculation model has been built, and a computer program has been tailored relevantly. The model, using the vibration data form blasting monitoring, can correct the values of k andαin time, the corrected values of k andαtruly reflects the factors influencing blasting vibration. The application example shows that the average errors between calculated particle vibration velocity and measured one is 8%.
