摘要
目的 :建立生血胶囊质量标准 (黄芪 ,紫河车 ,人参 ,当归 ,鹿茸 ,黄连 ,鸡内金等 )。方法 :1 .采用显微镜鉴别 (1 )种皮石细胞 ,(2 )内果皮纤维 ,(3)不规则碎皮 ;2 .采用薄层色谱鉴别黄芪、紫河车、当归、人参、黄连 ;3 .用双波长薄层反射锯齿扫描测定黄芪甲苷含量 ,SX =7,狭缝 0 .4mm× 0 .4mm ,灵敏度 :X1 ,扫描速度 :1 2mm·min- 1 。结果 :平均加样回收率为 97.0 % ,RSD为 1 .2 0 % (n =6) :在 1 .0~ 5 .0 μg范围内线形关系良好 (r=0 .9977) ;结论 :本法操作简易、准确、重复性好 。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Shengxue Capsule(Radix Astragali, Placenta Hominis, Radix Ginseng, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum Rhizoma Coptidis, Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli, etc.). Methods: The identification of the stone cell in the seed vessel, the endocarp fiber and the irregular fragurent were carried out by the microscope. The identification of Radix Astragali、Placenta Hominis、Radix Angelicae、Radix Ginseneg、Rhizoma Coptidis were carried out by TLC. Astragaloside IV was determined by the dual wavelength chromatogram reflection zigzag scanning, SX=7, slit=0.4mm× 0.4mm , sensitivity: X1, scan speed: 12mm·min -1 . Results: The average recovery was 97.0%, RSD was 1.20% in the linear range of 1.0~5.0μg.( r =0.9977). Conclusion: It was proved that the method was simple, accurate, and good reproducible. This method may be used for quality control of Shengxue Capsule.
