摘要
为了达到降低黑液残碱浓度 ,减轻蒸煮液排放对环境的污染 ,实现制浆生产蒸煮过程清洁生产的目的 ,根据电导测量液体浓度的原理 ,设计了连续蒸煮过程有效碱浓度在线软测量系统 ,并且在该测量系统中使用推断控制器来抑制现场扰动对测量结果的影响 ,提高测量精度和系统的稳定性。该系统和人工滴定测量相比较的结果表明 。
For the aims of debasing residual alkaline concentration in the black liquor and reducing emitted pollutant in the digester liquor and implementing cleaner production in the paper & pulp production process,the online soft sensing system of effective alkaline concentration is designed,which according to the principle of conductance measured liquor concentration,and the inference control is applied to restrain disturbance of measured result,and to enhance stability and to improve precision of measure system.The result of comparing manual titration with the online soft-measure system shows that the soft sensing system has batter measuring precision and the capability of restraining disturbance.
