摘要
"控制论原理研究计划"具有其明确的组织目标、独特的核心概念和主要原理,力图建立一个"进化-控制论系统哲学或世界观"体系。进化系统哲学以进化论、自组织、系统论和控制论等系统科学为基础,并进行概念、原则和方法的整合与统一,涵括了过程本体论,建构认识论,进化伦理观三个哲学层面。这种系统哲学或世界观将为一系列古老的哲学问题提供新的答案。
This paper reviews the organization objectives, the core concept and the main principle of the Principia Cybernetica Project(PCP), especially the evolutionarycybernetic systems philosophy or world view which the PCP is trying to build. Based on the theories of evolution, selforganization, systems and cybernetics, the evolutionarysystemic philosophy integrates the concept, principle and method, and covers process metaphysics, constructive epistemology and evolutionary ethics. This systems philosophy or world view provides new answers to a range of ageold philosophical questions.
