摘要
为了寻找合适的室温磁致冷材料,通过高频磁悬浮炉制备了Mn5Ge3-xSbx系列合金,利用X光粉末衍射技术确定其结构 ,并在 1 3T的磁场下直接测量了其磁热效应 结果表明 ,Mn5Ge3 -xSbx 系列合金在低磁场下的磁热效应最大仅为 1 3 4K ;Sb的含量对居里温度TC
The Mn5Ge3-xSbx alloys were prepared in a highfrequency floating furnace and the structures of the samples were examined by XRD method for searching an appropriate magnetic refrigeration material at room temperature. The magnetocaloric effects of the alloys were measured directly using the selfmade ΔTadT curve measurement device at the magnetic field of 1.3 T. The experimental results show that magnetocaloric effects of the alloys are general and their curie temperature (TC) can only be adjusted between 296 and 299 K by changing the Sb concentration.
