摘要
入世后,我国服务业进入了一个崭新的发展阶段。根据《服务贸易总协定》的基本精神,我国服务业对外开放的原则是坚持公平竞争、稳妥均衡和适度保护。随着对外开放的广度和深度的扩展,我们应采取有效措施,积极参与国际竞争,促进我国服务业的发展。
After entering WTO, the service industry goes to a new stage. According to 《GATS》,we should stick to the rules of fair competition , stable balancing and limited protection with the development of the open policy, we should apply effective measures to be involved into international competition, to develop China Service Industry.
