摘要
由于区域间经济发展差距的客观存在,必然会产生区域间的金融差距,通过实施适度区域差别的金融政策是各国为控制区域经济发展差距过大而普遍采用的政策措施。为此,建立区域经济发展基金,加快不发达区域经济发展,实行金融政策区域化,赋予区域中央银行一定的地方金融政策制定权和调控权,为区域经济发展提供金融保障是区域金融调控较好的选择。
Because there are gaps of regional economic development, there are gaps of regional finance. Policies which different financial ones are being carried out in every countries are very popular in order to control gaps of regional development. So founding regional development funds in order to make developing region develop, carrying out regional financial policies and making regional central bank have some regional financial rights of making and regulation in order to supply financial supporting are better choices of regional financial regulation.
