钢筋砼立筒仓机械通风储粮技术研究

摘要 研究测试了钢筋砼立筒仓的气密性、不同型号风机不同粮层高度的通风参数,提出了解决砼立筒仓气密性及通风降温经济性的初步建议,实仓通风试验肯定了机械通风作为砼立筒仓长期储粮技术之一的重要性. Airtightness and aeration parameters of different fans in different grain depth in silo with reinforcing steel bar and concrete was studied in this paper.Initial proposal for solving airtightness and economy of aeration for decreasing temperature in silo with reinforcing steel bar and concrete was made. The importance of mechanical aeration as one of long term grain storage technology in silo with reinforcing steel bar and concrete was affirmed by aeration experiment in silo added grains.
