摘要
概括了传统电镀电源应用时存在的主要问题,研制了双端脉冲式变压变频电镀电源.该装置主回路由可控硅调压和IGBT斩波变换器组成,控制回路采用了性能优良的专门应用于实时控制领域的数字信号处理器TMS320F240.实验结果表明,在金属及其合金表面生成陶瓷层的阳极氧化方法中,该系统能很好的实现电压波形变换和宽范围的脉冲参数调节.
Some problems needed to be solved in traditional plating power supply.The design of adjustable_voltage and frequency bipolarity pulse plating power supply are introduced.The DSP device TMS320F240 is used in the control system for real time control in power converters. And the silicon controlled rectifiers(SCRs) and IGBT chopper converters are used in the main circuit.The experimental results verify that among anodic oxidation to generate porcelain on metals and their alloy surface, waveform transformation of voltage and tuning for wide pulse parameters are well realized.
