摘要
将因果分析图和排列图的方法引入施工进度产生偏差的原因分析中,使施工进度偏差的原因分析方法得到了发展,并使纠偏的对策更易于抓住关键,针对性强。
This paper introduce some statistics methodscauseresult analyzing chart and arrangement chart into the cause analysis of building progress deviation. This is a development in the study of this field, and it is helpful to grasp key problems to make decision on deviation control.
