摘要
近30年来,第三方物流(TPL)飞速发展,相关理论研究和实践成果累累。本文从文献述评的角度,分析了TPL的历史沿革、TPL特性、TPL绩效和TPL的选择策略。文章描述了TPL未来的发展趋势和中国第三方物流发展现状,认为TPL已成为企业发展和供应链管理之必需,并进一步发展为企业间的战略伙伴关系,而我国第三方物流实践和理论研究与发达国家相比尚存在较大差距,从现代产业经济学及相关政策角度对我国TPL进行深入研究是目前的研究重点和方向。
For recent30years,Third Party Logistics(TPL)has been in quickly deve lo ping period,and rela-tive findings of theory research and practice are countle ss.Mainly from literature review aspect,the paper analyses TPL and its characte r,TPL evolution,TPL performance,and choosing strategy.The paper also made som e reviews on the future de-velopment of TPL and domestic relative situations.
