摘要
社会文化对个人的影响是深层的,多方面的。文章从狄更斯的小说《远大前程》中的主人公匹普的成长历程入手,着重分析了他的心理变化过程以及这些变化对其行为带来的巨大影响,以此来说明文化对个人性格形成所产生的决定力量。
Culture exerts profound influence on people in all respects.This paper attempts to expound the force of this influence in shaping a person's identity via studying the psychological changes of Pip,the hero in Charles Dickens' Great Expectations.
