摘要
法治与德治都有各自的内涵特点和不同点。在治国方略中,两者相辅相成,缺一不可,处理好两者之间的关系必须解决好传统与创新、民族性与世界性、德治与法治相互整合的问题。
Both 'rulebylaw 'and 'rulebymorality' have their own connotations with different characteristics,therefore they can supplement each other and neither of them can be absent in the management of the state affairs. In order to deal with the relationship between them well, it is necessary to integrate the tradition and creation, the nationalness and the cosmopolitanness,as well as the 'rulebylaw 'and 'rulebymorality'.
