摘要
恶劣流通介质工况下的Y型截止阀密封面极易磨损 ,往往导致阀门工作性能严重下降 ,使用寿命很快缩短。本文提出一种采用有PID反馈控制的开关磁阻电动机驱动装置 ,实现Y型截止阀变速控制 ,使阀瓣在整个行程中的不同阶段用不同的速度运行 。
Owing to the sealed surface of Y-type globe valve has short lifetime and is usually worn down to damage under poor working conditions,this paper proposes to adopt electric actuator with Switched Reluctance Motor and PID feedback controlled system that can operate the disc by different speed in different phases of the whole disc moving distance to achieve shifting speed,which will diminish the wearing of sealed surface to the minimum.
