摘要
在我国 ,体育经纪人无论是数量还是从业人员的素质与国外相比都有很大的差距 ,要提高我国体育经纪人在国际市场上的竞争力 ,首先要加强人才的培养 。
Contrasted to foreign countries, in our country, sports brokers are fewer in number and weaker in the quality of employees. To develop the career of sports brokers and to improve the sports brokers' ability to compete in international market, firstly growing talents should be strongly carried out, Highly starting-pointed and standard opinions on growing talents should be confirmed, the system of growing talents which regards comprehensive universities as the centre should be quickly established.
