摘要
我国社会弱势群体的形成原因是多方面的 ,其中经济体制转型是重要的制度原因。制度变迁对社会弱势群体形成的规模、程度等均有较大影响。在推进经济体制改革的同时 ,建立和完善我国弱势群体的社会保障体系 ,保护弱势群体的利益 。
Among the many causes contributing to the formation of China's weak social groups, the model transition of economic system is an important institutional factor, which has a great impact on the formation of the weak groups in the scale and extent. While promoting the economic system reform, establishing and perfecting the social security system for the weak groups so as to protect the interests of these groups will be helpful for the steady progress of the reform.
