摘要
采用非晶态合金催化剂 ,将循环加氢精制工艺取代SNIA氧化精制工艺 ,使产品优级品率由 5 6 %提高到 10 0 % ;取缔了原氧化精制工艺 ,每年 6 12t的废渣 ,产品收率提高 1% ,经济效益达 15 10万元 /年。
This paper introduces a new recycling hydrofining process using an amorphous alloy catalyst substituting for the present method of KMnO 4 oxidative treatment of SNIA process. The commercial test results show the process has a higher product quality and the yield of first grade increases from 56% to 100%,and eliminates waste residue of 612 ton per year from the conventional oxidative treatment. Furthermore, The recycled hydrofining process increases the yield of product by 1%.
