摘要
嵩明县实施天保工程以来 ,在森林管护及生态建设上取得了一定的成绩 ,但在具体的森林管护工作中却存在 :林农矛盾未全面解决 ;林火管理难度大 ;林内采薪、放牧、采实 (菌 )屡禁不止 ;内部管理不协调 ;非天保区管护松懈等问题。在分析这些难点的基础上 ,结合嵩明县实际 ,提出了相应的良化森林资源管护对策。
Songming county of Yunnan province gained significant achievement since the implementation of 'National Natural Forest Protection Project'. Towards the concrete tending and management of forest, some problems such as conflict between agriculture and forestry development, difficulty in forest fire control, unreasonable collection of fuel wood and non-timber forest products, overgrazing in the forests, insufficient inner management, and management issues at non-engineering areas still obstacle the forestry development of Songming county. Based on the analysis of the existing problems, some strategies are proposed to improve the forest resource management of this county.
