摘要
研究了Al_2O_3P/6061Al铝基复合材料在脉冲氩弧焊条件下的可焊性。焊缝金属及热影响区的显微组织观察与分析表明,接头组织致密,无气孔、夹杂和裂纹等缺陷,接头的抗拉强度可达母材强度的80%左右。焊接接头的X射线衍射相结构分析和断口扫描电镜分析的结果表明,接头中含有Al,Al_2O_3,MgAl_2O_4等相,接头拉伸试样断口呈韧性断裂机制。文中还针对这种复合材料在氩弧焊接中存在的问题、以及如何提高接头质量应采取的措施进行了理论探讨。
The weldability of Al2O3P/606lA1 was investigated in the condition of pulsed TIG welding. Results of tensile test, microhardness test and metallographic structure observation show that the quality of the joint is rather good, the microstructure of joint is dense, no gas holes, no inclusion or crack etc. can be found, and the joint strength is about 80 percent of that of the parent material. The analyses of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) indicate that in the joint there are Al, Al2O3, MgAl2O4, etc. phases and tensile specimens manifest the mechanism of toughness cracking. The possible problems of the aluminium matrix composites in TIG welding and the ways of improving joint quality are discussed.
