摘要
古谱的研究、解译和再现是一项人类文明的伟大工程,保护现存的中国古谱活化石——“西安鼓乐”更是至关重要,本文作者认为“西安鼓乐”的保护应该以人为本,政府应采取相应的措施保护那些年事已高的老艺人;同时应扬弃的借鉴日本“雅乐”的传承与保护的手段来完善“西安鼓乐”的传承与发展等;使“西安鼓乐”能够弘扬中国传统文化,并为西部大开发作出它应有的贡献.
The research,interpretation,and restoration of the ancient music notions is an important project promoting the human civilization.And preserving the current living fossil of the Chinese ancient notion,Xi'an Drum Music,is exceptionally important.The author maintains that the conservation of Xi'an Drum Music should be done in the man-centered approach and the government should take actions to retain the old and experienced players and refer to the conservation and preservation measures adopted by Japan for the Elegant Music to upgrade the development and preservation of Xi'an Drum Music and to promote the traditional Chinese culture and to contribute toward the West Development Program.
