摘要
机械式液压泵测试设备存在着测试准确性差、实时性不强及自动化程度低等缺点.应用测控技术可以很好地解决上述问题,并能实现测试设备的故障检测、污染控制及功能开发.文中分析了测控技术在应用中的特点、精确测量和系统干扰等主要问题,并提出了相应的解决方法.
The mechanical hydraulic pump measurement equipment exist such as the weak measurement veracity,a poor realtime,and low degree automatization etc.The abovementioned problems can be solved with the application of the measurement and control technique,which also can realize the failure testing of measurement equipment,the pollution control and the function exploitation.The paper analyzed characteristic and precision measurement and system interference of measurement and control technique which is applied in the hydraulic pump measurenent equipment.The corresponding solutions to solve the problens are proposed
