摘要
目前我国营销人才培养存在着培养力量单一、教学体系和教学方法不合理等问题。本文就此提出了"三三"模式为核心的多元化培养模式,即动员学校、企业、社会三种培养力量,在三个方面完善教学体系:建立科学合理的课程体系、案例教学法、角色教学法,希望能够借此培养出社会所需要的合格营销人才。
Now there are many problems on the cultivating mode of professional marketing talents, such as single cultivating force, reasonless teaching system and method. The paper brings forward a multiform mode, the core of which is '3-3' mode. It includes three cultivating forces such as university, corporation and society. It perfects the teaching system on three aspects such as reasonable syllabus, casebased teaching and rolebased teaching. The mode will help to cultivate more professional marketing talents required by society.
