摘要
针对总配线架小型化而提出的过流保护用PTCR热敏电阻器小型化的要求,研究和讨论了PTCR热敏电阻器配方材料组成和生产工艺对其性能的影响。根据行业标准YD/T 741—95,对通信总配线架过流保护用钛酸钡(BT)系PTCR热敏电阻器配方进行设计,以施主掺杂Y2O3的配方,研制出全部性能指标满足YD/T 741—95要求的、小型化过流保护用PTCR热敏电阻器。试验发现:采用掺杂Y2O3的配方,工艺稳定性好,适合大批量生产;所制备的PTCR热敏电阻器反应灵敏,耐电流强度大,阻值稳定性好。
To meet the requirement of the miniaturization of MDFs, the PTCRs as over-current protector in MDFs must be minimized. The effects of the composition and manufacture technology of the PTCR ceramics on the its properties are discussed. The composition of BaTiO3(BT)-based ceramics was so designed as to meet the Chinese Industry Standard YD/T741—95. The BT-based ceramics was doped with Y2O3. The PTCR thermistor prepared exhibit high sensitivity, good over-current capacity and stability of resistance. They are suitable for large-scale production.
