摘要
以目前生产上大面积种植的转基因抗虫棉与其对照亲本棉组成的气味源为材料,利用"Y"型嗅觉探测仪测定了棉铃虫幼虫寄生蜂中红侧沟茧蜂对不同气味源的嗅觉行为。结果显示:无论是棉花蕾期还是铃期,与被害常规棉相比,被棉铃虫为害的转基因抗虫棉对中红侧沟茧蜂有较强的忌避性,而且这种忌避性在含有棉铃虫幼虫的被害转基因抗虫棉中依然明显。由此可见,转基因抗虫棉对棉铃虫寄生性天敌有排斥反应。
The behavior responses of Microplitis mediatar to the insect resistant transgenic cotton and ordinary cotton were measured by using 'Y' olfactometer.The results showed the repellence of the insect resistant transgenic cotton injured by cotton bollworm to Microplitis mediatar was stronger than the ordinary cotton injured by cotton bollworm not only at the cotton bud stage but also at the cotton bollforming stage;what′s more,the repellence of the insect resistant transgenic cotton injured and cotton bollworm′s larva in it to Microplitis mediatar still was stronger.So the repellence existed between the insect resistant transgenic cotton and the parasitic enemy of the cotton bollworm.
