介绍了橡胶厂炭黑气力输送中造粒炭黑粒子的破碎问题和产生原因。从原材料性能、设备设计、操作参数选择、设备安装和维护提出降低炭黑粒子破碎的措施,并给出炭黑细粉含量的测试方法,为设计、使用炭黑气力输送装置提供技术指导。
Introduced the particles broken and reason caused while carbon black pneumaticconveying in rubber factory. Here after present the method for decreasing the rate of particles brokenrelied on the property of raw material、equipment design、operating paprameters selection、equip-ment installation or maintenance,and shown the testing method of blacks content, also provided thetechnical guidance of the carbon black pneumatic conveying system for designing using.
