摘要
从换热、催化剂、操作、高低浓转化、气量波动、温度及投资等方面对非稳态转化(U)和沸腾转化(F)进行比较。两者(U:F)的换热面之比为1:5.4;催化剂填装量之比为1:1/2~1/5.8;前者适应低浓转化,后者则高低浓皆宜;4%SO_2冶炼烟气两次转化投资之比为4:1。表明了沸腾转化优于非稳态转化。
A comparison of unsteady-state conversion and fluidized conversion was performed with respect to heat exchange, catalyst, operation, high-and low-concentration SO2 conversion,gas rate fluctuation, bed temperature and investment cost. The ratio of heat exchange area of unsteady-state conversion to fluidized conversion is 1 : 5.4, catalyst loads 1:(0.3-0.172), and investment cost 4: 1 on the basis of double conversion of smelter off-gas -with 4 % SO2 concentration. The unsteady-state conversion is only applicable to low-concentration SO2 gas, but the fluidized conversion is suitable for both low-and high-concentration SO2 gas. It is concluded that fluidized conversion is preferable to unsteady-state conversion.
