主要研究了加工助剂增塑剂、无机填料CaCO3及有机填料纸浆的含量对淀粉基降解材料性能的影响。结果表明 ,随着增塑剂含量升高 ,材料的机械性能有较大提高 ,尤其是断裂伸长率变化显著 ;加入CaCO3可以提高制品的刚度、尺寸稳定性等 ,但强度、断裂伸长率有所下降。纸浆添加量质量分数为
The influence of contents of the main raw materials, such as PVA and plasticizer, and inorganic filler CaCO 3 and biodegradated organic filler paper pulp on properties of biodegradated starch-based plastics was primarily studied. The mechanical properties were greatly advanced with the increase of the content of PVA and plasticizer, especially the elongation at break. The addition of CaCO 3 increased rigidity and dimensional stability of the product, but reduced the intensity and elongation at break. The mechanical properties were best while the content of the paper pulp was about six percent.
