摘要
工程分包是建筑施工中常见的承包方式,研究分包合同对于保证分包商圆满完成施工任务具有重要的意义。结合工程施工中分包商的施工特点,论述了分包商合同管理中的合同签订、合同执行、合同索赔以及FIDIC合同条件等内容,为分包商的合同管理奠定了一定的理论基础。
Subcontract is the familiar contract mode for construction, and the research of subcontract is very important for subcontractor accomplishing the construction. Based on the characteristics of subcontractor, this paper analyzes the contract management of subcontractor such as contract contents, contract specification, contract claim for compensation, FIDIC contract, etc.
