摘要
目的 不同时间裂解甲乙型流感病毒 ,测定血凝效价 ,找出最佳裂解条件。方法 甲乙型单价病毒液中分别加入 0 .5 %~ 0 .6 %TritonN - 10 1,室温振荡一定时间后取样 ,电镜观察结果。结果 经过观察A1和A3型流感病毒在 3~ 4h、乙型流感病毒在 4~ 5h效果较好。
Objective To determine the optimal condition of lysis for influenza virus A or B by detecting HA titer and content of protein at different time.Methods Added lytic agent of 0.5%~0.6% Triton N-101 to A or B influenza virus and shocked at room temperature respectively,then The results of lysis effect were observed under electron microscope.Results The optimal virolysis time for type A was from 3 to 4 hours,the type B was 4 or 5 hours.Conclusion Lytic time is the key factor for influenza virus A or B in the large-scale production.
