摘要
本文主要研究了高效分散剂在湿拌砂浆中的应用,研究三种不同高效分散剂A、B、C对湿拌砂浆外加剂生产使用效果改善的影响,并就高效分散剂的掺量对砂浆各种性能(单方用水量、保水性、凝结时间、拉伸粘结强度、抗压强度等)的影响进行了研究。结果表明:选择合适的高效分散剂,可以解决湿拌砂浆外加剂的使用效果,且高效分散剂的加入,在一定掺量下对湿拌砂浆性能影响不大。
In this paper, it studies the application of high efficiency dispersant in wet mixing mortar, and the effects of three different dispersants A, B and C on the improvement of wet mortar admixture production were studied, and it is studied on the effect of high efficiency dispersant content on the properties of the ordinary mortar(single water consumption, water retention, setting time, tensile bond strength, compressive strength, etc). The results showed that the production efficiency of wet mix mortar admixture can be solved by choosing the appropriate high efficiency dispersant, and the addition of high efficiency dispersant has little effect on the performance of wet mix mortar under certain dosage.
