机制砂MB值影响因素及对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了机制砂MB值的影响因素,结果发现机制砂中石粉比表面积增加或石粉含量增加都使得机制砂MB值有所增加,但总值未超过0.5;泥粉相比石粉对机制砂MB值影响更为显著,泥粉含量增加,机制砂MB值提高明显;测试了不同MB值机制砂对聚羧酸吸附的影响,研究表明机制砂MB值增加,聚羧酸减水剂吸附量随之增加,在90min吸附速率趋于稳定。 The influencing factors of MB value of machine-made sand were studied.The results showed that the MB value of manufactured sand increased with the increase of specific surface area or content of stone powder,but the total value was not more than 0.5.The effect of mud powder on MB value of manufactured sand was more significant than that of stone powder,and the MB value of manufactured sand increased obviously with the increase of mud powder content.The effect of manufactured sand with different MB value on polycarboxylic acid adsorption was tested.With the increase of MB value of sand making,the adsorption capacity of polycarboxylic water reducer increases,and the adsorption rate tends to be stable in 90 minutes.
