摘要
本文研究了JYS增效剂对混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响。随着水泥用量从100%降低到85%,增效剂掺量从0%增加到0.80%,混凝土和易性逐渐变差,强度先增加后降低,在水泥用量减少10%、增效剂掺量为0.60%时混凝土强度达到最高。在水泥用量减少10%的基础上将增效剂掺量提高到1.00%,混凝土和易性及强度均与增效剂掺量0.60%时差别不大。在水泥用量减少15%的基础上,将掺0.80%增效剂的A4~D4试样与掺0.60%增效剂并增加粉煤灰掺量的A5~D5试样进行比较,A4~D4试样和易性较差,但其强度反而较高,且混凝土等级越高强度相差越大。综合看来,增效剂对混凝土有微弱分散作用,但更多是起到了激发剂的作用。
The effect of JYS synergist on workability and mechanical properties of concrete was researched on this paper. With the content of cement decreased from 100% to 85%, the dosage of synergist increased from 0% to 0.80%, the workability of concrete gradually becomes worse, the strength of concrete increases first and then decreases, and when the cement content is reduced by 10% and the content of JYS synergist is added to 0.60%, the strength reaches the maximum. When the cement content is reduced by 10%, the workability and strength of concrete samples with 0.60% and 1.00% synergists are not significantly different. On the basis of reducing the cement content by 15%, the A4~D4 samples with 0.80% synergist are compared with the A5~D5 samples with 0.60% synergist and fly ash content, the A4~D4 samples have poor workability, but its strength is higher. Generally speaking, the synergist has a weak dispersing effect on concrete, but more importantly, it acts as an activator.
