摘要
本文采用二氧化锰作为催化剂,在粉磨过程中,利用过氧化氢与氧气将固化在脱硝粉煤灰中的氨氧化成氮气,从粉煤灰中逸出,使脱硝粉煤灰的各项物理化学性能得到提升。试验结果表明:双氧水用量为粉煤灰质量的0.7%,二氧化锰用量为0.03%,粉磨时间为15min时,可将脱硝粉煤灰的性能提升至与普通粉煤灰相同的水平。
The aim of the present research is the optimization of MnO2 worked as a high-efficiency catalyst, which was used for removing the ammonia from the fly ash by the reaction between H2O2 and O2. By removal of ammonia, the performance of the fly ash can be significantly improved. The results indicate that the performance of ammonia-free denitrified fly ash is comparable with the ordinary fly ash by grinding 15 min with the addition of 0.7 wt% H2O2 and 0.03 wt% MnO2.
