补偿收缩混凝土结构自防水技术在德晟祥广场地下工程中应用 被引量:3

摘要 HCSA高性能混凝土膨胀剂制备的补偿收缩混凝土具有膨胀能大、补偿收缩效果好和对湿养护依赖性低等优点。德晟祥广场地下工程采用补偿收缩混凝土混凝土结构自防水技术,取消柔性卷材外防水,使用GB23439—2009《混凝土膨胀剂》的Ⅱ型产品HCSA膨胀剂。通过严抓膨胀剂质量,以限制膨胀率、强度和施工性能为核心优化配合比,严控施工环节,在保证工程质量前提下,缩短工期、节约工程造价。 Shrinkage compensating concrete(SCC), prepared by HCSA high performance expansive agent, has the advantage of high expansion, anhydrous expansion and low dependence to water curing. Deshengxiang plaza underground construction adopts shrinkage compensating concrete structure self-waterproofing technology instead of rolled waterproof materials. HCSA expansive agent which satisfies the requirements of GB 23439 is selected. Keep restrained expansion rate, strength and workability as central task, the concrete mix of SCC is optimized. Strict quality of expansive agent and strictly control circle. On the basis of quality, construction period is shortened, and construction cost is reduced.
